ABOUT MAGIC MARC DJ SERVICE
My name is Marc Miller. I am the owner and dj for Magic Marc DJ Service. I have been a dj for over 20 years. In those years I have worked in the music business either as a performer or as a sound technichian. I have worked as a sound engineer for local bands and also as a lighting technician. I also have experience in the performing arts so standing and talking to a large group of people is where I feel best. I have worked with many oginizations such as the DPAO concert series and the Miss New York State Pagent to name a few. I began as a dj in 1985 working at a local establishment for a couple of years. I then began working with a local mobile dj and worked with him for 10 years. I was employed as a mobile dj and I helped facillitate his fast growth of state of the art equipment inventory. Then, simultaniously with the mobile dj service ,I worked for a local radio station that incorporated 4 different radio programming stations under one roof. I was a board operater and a on air producer for a local weekly radio program. I then stretched my wings to the state of MIchigan where again I worked with a local mobile dj service for 2 years. I also worked as the house dj for a large dance club that the atendance was 1,500 a night. I was employed there for 3 years. I then moved back to my NY hometown and began to dj with the same company I was working for before I left. I again worked with that mobile dj service for another 3 years. I now like to dj as a passion on my own which I feel takes my performance to a higher level. I believe people should get the most for their money. I was once called "a diamond in the ruff." I like to think so.
Magic Marc DJ Service is a full dj service that offers musical entertainment and sound services to the northern New York area. I specialize in Weddings, Dances, Corporate Event and Private Parties.I follow the guidlines that are set forth by the New York State Dj Association and have done so since they were first introduced.I use wired and wireless microphones so your annoucments can be heard from anywhere. I use a music planner to ensure you hear the music you like or that you need for your event. Before you event date I will meet with you and go over the music planner. References are available upon request. I have a new sound and light show that sounds as good as it looks. I offer free consoultations to prospective customers. I dont use non professional grade eguipment like some other dj's use. I make sure that my customer knows that they are the boss. I offer my years of experience to ensure your next event is a huge sucsess. I have different sound and lighting packages available to suite your needs better. I always offer afternoon rates.
